At JW Services, we believe construction is ultimately about people, trust, and communication.
Founded by John Webb and co-owned by HD Dougherty, JW Services has spent the past eight years helping homeowners, business owners, schools, and multifamily property owners successfully navigate renovation and construction projects throughout Texas. During that time, the company has completed more than 250 projects and earned a reputation for integrity, responsiveness, and delivering successful project outcomes.
Approximately 90% of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. We believe that statistic says more about our company than any marketing message ever could.

Founder and President
Before entering the construction industry, John Webb built his career as an executive in the oil and gas industry. One lesson from that experience continues to guide JW Services today: communication matters.
John founded JW Services with a commitment to providing clients with honest communication, dependable service, and professional project execution. He leads estimating, project planning, construction operations, trade coordination, field execution, and client relationships.
John's hands-on leadership style and commitment to accountability help ensure clients remain informed and engaged throughout every phase of their project.
HD DOUGHERTY
Co-Owner
HD Dougherty brings extensive experience from the architectural, engineering, design-build, and construction management industries. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for supporting and managing more than $10 million in construction-related projects.
HD's professional experience provides clients with valuable insight into project planning, design-build coordination, budgeting, risk identification, and construction management principles.
At JW Services, HD leads corporate development and managed growth initiatives while supporting project planning, business operations, client communication, and strategic growth efforts.
